Vaniville Town
Head back to your house when you return to Vaniville Town and deliver the Prof's Letter to your mother. She'll read it, comment on the fancy handwriting, and then agree to let you go on your adventure.
She'll give you the Town Map before you depart, which you can use to look at the Kalos region.
As you leave, the Rhyhorn chilling in your yard will come over to say goodbye. Like your mother says, the Rhyhorn will miss you, as it's known you as long as you've been born.
That being done, return to Aquacorde Town so you can continue your journey as a Pokémon Trainer!
