The man on the bridge will offer to sell you a Magikarp for $500. This may seem like a rip-off, but it's actually the only place in the game you can get either Magikarp or Gyarados, making it a quite rare Pokemon for the region! You need to have an empty spot in your party, as well as five hundred smackeroos in order to buy it, and it'll be at level 5.
As you head further across the bridge, you'll be ambushed by the Shadow Triad! Oh no! It's ok, though, because they're glad Ghetsis is gone. In fact, so glad that they'll give you three rare items: the Adamant Orb, the Lustrous Orb, and the Griseous Orb! Very handy if you're using Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina, although since you probably haven't gotten to the Poke Transfer yet, these won't be useful immediately.
Once you get to the other side of the bridge, there are a few people in the bridge gate, but the Cool Trainer will battle you in a Triple Battle in Pokemon Black or a Rotation Battle in Pokemon White. You might not want to battle her if this is your first trip through, because she uses a devastating triple team of Alomomola L65, Klinklang L65, and Beheeyem L65. It's arguably a more difficult battle in Black due to you have to take on all three at once, but at least you'll earn a lot of EXP for all of your Pokemon if you beat her.
Now head forward onto Route 15!
Route 15
The lady inside of the RV near the beginning of the route will trade you a Rotom L60 for aDitto. You can catch Ditto in Giant Chasm later on, so be sure to come back here with one to get yourself a Rotom.
Climb up the stairs and you'll find the Poke Transfer Lab. When you go inside, one of the researchers will be really amazed that you have all 8 Badges and will lead you to the back. She and the scientist over there will talk for awhile, telling you about the Poke Transfer and how it requires two Nintendo DS systems to use. You'll be prompted to use it right away, so cancel if you don't want to do this now. You can also cancel after you've started it, so don't worry.
Shifting the Limits
You can transfer Pokemon from Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver to Black and White by using this Poke Transfer machine thing. It's similar to the Pal Park in those versions. However, you cannot transfer any Pokemon holding items or that know HM moves, so you'll need to remove any items and also take a visit to the Move Deleter to get rid of the HM moves on any Pokemon you want to transfer.
Keep in mind that you need to have two Nintendo DS or DSi systems in order to use the Poke Transfer. You'll have to use the DS Download Play feature of the second system in order to connect to your Black or White version, and from there, you'll be able to send Pokemon over. Remember that the transfer is one-way, so you will never be able to send Pokemon from your Black or White version back to the version it came from!
Whenever you're done here, you can keep heading across the bridge until you reach the gate leading to either the Black City or White Forest. However, there's still some other stuff to do on the route, including Trainers to fight, so head on back to the start and head south. There's a Pokefan near the steps with a Gulpin L62, a Drifloon L62, a Spheal L62, and a Swablu L62 in his team.

Down the steps is a Pokemon Ranger with an Altaria L65 and an Abomasnow L65. Watch out for that Altaria! It knows Cotton Guard, which raises its Defense by 3 stages!! She'll give you a Sitrus Berry after beating her. Further past her is a Battle Girl that has a Meditite L64, aHitmontop L64, and a Medicham L64.
Keep heading east and you'll find some boulders as well as a Pokemon Ranger. The Ranger has aMarowak L65 and an Exeggutor L65 in his party and will give you a Sitrus Berry after beating him. In order to move the western boulder, you have to use Strength to move it over to the west, but not all the way. Stop it one square away from the wall, then push it north two spaces, and then east to fill the hole. Up ahead is some thick grass as well as TM09 (Venoshock), a Poison-type attack that does double the damage if the target is already poisoned.

Over at the eastern side of the route, shove that boulder south, although, once again, not too much. You want to position it so you can shove it to the right, then down, and then right into the hole. Over there is the Up-Grade, a held item that, when held by a Porygon and when that Porygon is traded, causes it to evolve into Porygon2.
Oh, not so fast, before you head to Black City or White Forest, remember there's a Hiker on the bridge up by the Poke Transfer Lab! He's speaking Italian, nonetheless! He has a HippowdonL63, an Onix L63, and a Gligar L63. Alright, now you can head to your version's exclusive area.
