43. Village Bridge+Route 11

Village Bridge

Village Bridge is not particularly big compared to some of the other bridges you've gone through, but there is surprisingly a lot more for you to do on there. Someone thought it would be a smart idea to build a bunch of houses on the bridge.
The first house heading west contains a girl who will heal your Pokemon if you talk to her. Useful, since there isn't a Pokemon Center nearby or anything.

The second house has a lady in there with a whole bunch of Patrat. Talking to her will cause her to say some stuff and then leave, taking her pack of Patrat with her. Afterwards, she'll show up on the Marvelous Bridge, where you can play a game to earn a Big Mushroom.
The third house has a guy that is a member of a group called Hip Waders. Every day, he'll ask to see a different watery Pokemon, and if you show him that Pokemon, he'll give you a Dive Ball.
Cross the bridge and then make your way further west. None of the three houses on the other side of the bridge seem to have much of anything in them.
Once you're on the other side, walk to the south and you'll find some tall grass along with a School Kid that wants to battle you! She has a full team of 6 Pokemon, although they're all pretty weak: a Zubat L60, a Doduo L60, a Slugma L60, an Electrike L60, a Poochyena L60, and lastly a Nosepass L60.

Wade through the grass and then head east to find a guy staring at a trash can. That trash can is important, though: it contains Leftovers — an invaluable held item that heals your Pokemon's HP every single turn. It's particularly useful for competitive battling, and it is even nice in-game, too, although it won't heal you if you're one-hit KO'ing wild Pokemon, so the Shell Bell is more useful for maintaining your HP while training.
Go underneath the bridge and then surf on over to a little island containing some thick grass as well as a Calcium.
Make your way east, land, and then head into the foresty kind of area to find a nice little field of flowers and more thick grass. There's a hidden HP Up in one patch of flowers, a Full Restore in some grass, so whip out that Dowsing Machine for sure! There's also a guy playing some sort of instrument or something, so talk to him just because, and then leave that area.
Head south, under the bridge (except on the opposite side this time around) until you find a Researcher. Talk to her and she'll battle you! She uses a Amoonguss L62, an Ekans L62, aSeviper L62, and a Grimer L62.
Now go over to the east and you'll find a Baker apparently taking orders for their restaurant. You can talk to the Baker and she'll take you on with a Combee L64 and an Ursaring L64. Very punny indeed.
After beating her, she'll ask if you'd like to be her waiter or something. When you talk to the Trainers, they'll tell you what kind of Berry their Pokemon likes. It's in the bottom-left corner of the text, so try to memorize it if you can. Then, go back and talk to the Baker and she will ask what you need from her. It's important you remember the order you want to deliver these in, too!
For instance, let's say the top left and bottom left people wanted a Chesto Berry, the top right person wanted a Cheri Berry, and the bottom right person wanted a Pecha Berry. You would then choose Chesto Berry, Chesto Berry, Cheri Berry, and Pecha Berry, in that order, and then deliver the first two to the people on the left, the third one to the top right, and then the last one to the person on the bottom right.
It's relatively simple. After you've done that, talk to the Baker again and she'll give you a Lum Berry for a successful service. You can do this once a day.
That's about all there is left to do here for now. There are also some different musicians throughout the town that change the music slightly when you talk to them, so hunt them down if you feel like it. Otherwise, whenever you're done, make your way to the north and you'll wind up where you started, so heal up and then make your way back west across the bridge and on over to Route 11.

Right near the entrance is a Backpacker. She uses a Snover L65 on her team. Take her down and then head further west until find a Pokemon Ranger on a bridge. She's got a Rapidash L64, a Mantine L64, and a Cacturne L64, and she'll give you a Leppa Berry for your victory.
If you have Waterfall, you can climb the nearby waterfall to find some grass (and a hidden Max Revive) to your left and then TM50 (Overheat) off to your right — a powerful Fire-type attack that lowers your Sp. Atk by two stages after using it, so the massive damage comes at a price.
Again, assuming you have Waterfall handy, surf off to the east from the bridge and you'll find another waterfall, except this one takes you down into a little crevice with some thick grass and another Pokemon Ranger. He uses a Dewgong L64, a Pinsir L64, and a Pelipper L64. He will reward you with a Leppa Berry as well when you beat him.
Anyway, all that's left down here in this crevice is a Protector off in the corner, which is an item that, when held by Rhydon during a trade, will evolve it into the fearsome Rhyperior. Sweet!
Afterwards, or if you don't have Waterfall (or if you didn't feel like exploring earlier), just head back to the bridge and then west to find another Backpacker, although this one is speaking French! He uses a Croagunk L65.
There's a Hyper Potion in the field of grass right near that guy, but also the entrance to Opelucid City is just west of the guy, too. That's all there is for you here on the route, and essentially completes your voyage through the eastern side of Unova.
However, there's still another location left unexplored at this point, and it's even right in the neighborhood of Opelucid City! It's the Challenger's Cave, and you can find it past the thick grass in the southern side of Route 9. It was blocked before beating the Elite Four and Ghetsis, but now you can go check it out if you feel like exploring.
